Dates of manufacture: Various from Dec. 1, 2011 to May 31, 2013 (for U.S. models) and Aug. 1, 2011 to Oct. 31, 2013 (for Canadian models).

Reason for the recall: The harness buckle may become more difficult to unlatch over time, which could impact removal in an emergency situation. Evenflo has not received any reports of injury or emergency exits from vehicles.
What you need to do: Request a remedy kit. You can continue to use your car seat while you await the remedy kit. This issue doesn't impact the seat's crashworthiness in any way.
