She and husband Kyle Bosworth welcomed their daughter last week after what was reportedly a "quick and easy" delivery. The name they gave her is adorably unexpected: Decker Kate Bosworth.

We've definitely seen this trend of using what are considered boys' names for girls on the rise. Parents are increasingly choosing these names with a gender twist, including celebrities like Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, who named their daughter Wyatt, and Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler, who chose Saylor James for their daughter.

Nikki Sixx of Mötley Crüe named his son Decker Nilsson Sixx, but beyond that, there aren't many other Deckers we've heard of. So they definitely get points for originality.
As for the middle name Kate, the couple told E! that it's not after the actress Kate Bosworth, but rather in honor of their grandmothers, Kathleen and Katherine. So it's a sweet mix of original and traditional — perfect.
